YTC can repair the outside lines and switching equipment that we use to provide you with service at no extra charge (unless damage is due to negligence on your part). We can also repair your inside wiring. However, there is a charge for this unless you subscribe to our Maintenance Policy. YTC cannot repair customer-owned telephone equipment.
