There can be several reasons your phone may not work. It could be caused by our lines or switching equipment or by one or more of your telephones.

When you contact our Repair Service with a problem, we'll locate and clear the problem as quickly as possible. If the source of the trouble is in our lines and switching equipment, we will correct the problem at no charge. However, if the source of the problem is a telephone you own, then you should follow instructions on your warranty for repair. YTC cannot repair your own telephone equipment.
